Show Stoppa -- 80 hair metal revival with an Elvis (the burger years) vocalist. A good laugh and very entertaining, but musically not up to the mark.
Lint -- SCREAMO !!!! Cliche driven borefest.
Attack of the Flux -- Electro pop, and for some bizarre reason they were all on one side of the stage, it looked odd, and they sounded odd, with a high pitched shrill sounding guitar.
Ex-Presidents -- These used to be called The Hot Rockets, and changed their name about 10 minutes before they went on, and changed half their line-up too. Easily the best band of the night, best drumming by a long way, and they rocked, had fun, and didn't insult the audience by pretending to be 'big musical stars'.
Winner of Heat 1 Ex-Presidents
Runner's up Show Stoppa
